Details Specification HTC EVO 3D, and HTC EVO 4g
Mar 19th
The gosips has bean spread lately about sprint’s CTIA events, and if the source is about to be believed, the speculation was spot-on: the conference will indeed be centered around the HTC EVO 3D and EVO View 4G, with a WiMAX version of the Motorola XOOM making an appearance as well.
EVO 3D
First The EVO 3D, HTC’s first three-dimensional territory – featuring:
- A 4.3-inch qHD (960×540) autostereoscopic 3D display
- 4GB of RAM (I’m thinking this is a typo – even powerhouses like the XOOM and the Atrix only have 1GB of RAM)
- 1GB of ROM
- A 1.2GHz Qualcomm 8660 Snapdragon CPU
- Dual 5MP rear cameras; dedicated camera button included
- A 1.3MP front-facing camera
- A 1730mAh battery
- Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) with HTC’s Sense UI
- Blockbuster on-demand
- YouTube 3D
EVO View 4G
Just as expected, the EVO View 4G is almost exactly the same tablet as the (admittedly underwhelming) Flyer that HTC demoed at MWC. As a reminder, its specs include:
- A 7-inch 1024×600 display
- An aluminum unibody design
- HTC Scribe with optional stylus support
- A tablet-optimized version of HTC’s Sense UI on top of Android 2.3 (Gingerbread)
- A 4000mAh battery
- DLNA and HDMI-out support
- A 5MP rear camera
- A 1.3MP front camera
Others
Not interested in the Flyer? That’s OK – true to the rumors, the Motorola XOOM is also headed to Sprint. For all intents and purposes, Sprint’s XOOM will be identical to Verizon’s version, save for a built-in WiMAX radio.
Unfortunately, there’s no word on the Nexus S 4G, but we’ll keep our fingers crossed nevertheless. One thing’s for sure – exciting times lie ahead of us, and we’ll be at CTIA to cover whatever Sprint does end up announcing!

Official Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1
Feb 28th
Okay, now it’s really official; the earlier named Galaxy Tab 2 has been finally released. While the specs seemingly have stayed the same as we announced yesterday (or so it seems according to Engadget, Mashable,SamsungHub& Cnet), what we do know for sure is that this tablet from Samsung is officially dubbed ‘the Galaxy Tab 10.1′ instead of Galaxy Tab 2 (or II). The screen size seems to be the worthy ‘baptizer’ here.
Under the hood we’ve got a dual-core Tegra 2 processor, 16GB or 32GB of storage, a front-facing 2 megapixel camera and a 8 megapixel camera at the back, but this is nothing new so far. As more information becomes available, we’ll keep you updated. Check out the gallery (from Engadget) below to see the new Tab 10.1 up close. Thanks to Engadget.
Will Motorola Xoom Success or D.O.A
Feb 15th
These past months i’ve been watching about war of the tablet PC, and i think Motorola Xoom is the best and very suitable for tablet, all of people will have a new experince of tablet PC with motorola Xoom. The Xoom jump to the top of the Android tablet ladder, Here is the reason why i think Motorola is the best:
It’s one step forward thinking. Motorola Xoom can be upgraded to a 4G and using dual-core processor via Quadcomm and a 10.1″ screen with 1200×800 resolution. When tablets come to the future computing, then Xoom is the future technology.
First Honeycomb Tablet. Honeycomb is the first android that suitable with tablet PC, android maniac must be waiting for this technology, and all new experience, that brings in by Honeycomb.
The branding is excellent. Motorola named its tablet Xoom, and its sound very futuristic, simple and easy to remember. I’ve delighted in both of the ads for the Xoom that I have seen so far (videos below). Unique and edgy—the Xoom stands out from the crowd of tablets, which is what it needs to do. The market is getting so saturated that any device can easily be swept away.
