I must have been about 8 years, 20 years ago walking down Upper Street, holding my mother’s hand. It was late afternoon, maybe we’ve been spending after a pick me up from school, the sky is gray but not raining, typical September / October afternoon, I imagine. We walked to the station on the opposite side, about where the intersection is to the main roads, main roads that I would grow to cross every day, and often looks Dodge vipers, Lamborghini and Ferrari waiting to cross.

Suddenly, while walking in this afternoon, something caught my attention. It’s not loud music or loud exhaust. Even I’m not sure what made me look to my left. Across the street, in the same direction as our trip, 2 people in a silver car had slowed down towards the traffic lights. It is a perfect side view. Driver’s window all the way down, and the driver was looking straight ahead, not in conversation with passengers. 325i silver car in writing printed on the side of big, cannot remember what color, but it was printed in the corner.

The car looks well-dressed, and stood out among other cars. I was amazed. I’ve never seen this car in my young life before, and if I had, I certainly do not appreciate it until then. Excited, I could feel my pace is slow, and my mother pulled me along a little, while my eyes fixated on this vehicle.

What seemed like minutes probably no more than 30 seconds, but the Top 30 car dream car ogling and founded the second in my life. I tried to describe the car to my friends, but nobody knows what it is. Only when our neighbors 2 doors down to buy the blue version, I realized. After I had found my new dream car, slowly developing into an obsession.
